WINCYCLE STORE SALES POLICY

NO REFUNDS ON PURCHASES WILL BE ISSUED

PC Desktop and Laptop Computers

PC Desktop and Laptop Computers are sold with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience problems with your WinCycle computer, bring it back to WinCycle with receipt for repair or replacement. If we can not repair or provide replacement, you will be issued WinCycle store credit, valid for sixty (60) days.  PC Desktop and Laptop Computers may be returned for store credit less a 15% restocking fee within 14 days of date of purchase if undamaged and all included accessories are present.  No returns will be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase.  Laptop batteries are ‘AS-IS’.  If spare batteries are available, we will swap batteries for up to 60 days.

Apple Desktop and Laptop Computers

Apple Computers are sold with a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience problems with your WinCycle computer, bring it back to WinCycle with receipt for repair or replacement. If we can not repair or provide replacement, you will be issued WinCycle store credit, valid for sixty (60) days.  Apple Computers may be returned for store credit less a 15% restocking fee within 14 days of date of purchase if undamaged and all included accessories are present. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase. Laptop batteries are ‘AS-IS’.

Non-Computer Items

All non-computer items are tested but sold ‘AS-IS’ and are not subject to returns, repairs, or replacements.  

 

Limitations of Warranty

The customer is responsible for backing up their data.  WinCycle DOES NOT salvage data from failed/failing hard drives under warranty.

We do not warrant computers to be suitable for a particular purpose.  The customer should verify software and/or hardware compatibility prior to purchase.
