PC Desktop and Laptop Computers may be returned for store credit less a 15% restocking fee within 14 days of date of purchase if undamaged and all included accessories are present. Apple Desktop and Laptop Computers
All Apple Computers, Monitors, Devices, and Accessories are sold “AS-IS”. NO RETURNS or REFUNDS of any kind. Please be sure the Apple product you purchase meets your needs before purchase. Please feel free to test out the computers we have for sale, and ask questions of the staff before purchase.
Some of our Apple Computers are of previous generations (PowerPC, PPC – G3, G4, and G5 processors) and are not compatible with Intel-only software, hardware, or accessories. Please verify any operating system and hardware requirements you might have. For example, the most current version of Adobe Flash Player (as used by YouTube, Facebook, and other websites) requires an Intel Core Duo processor, or newer.
All other Accessories, Monitors, and Devices
All other items sold in the WinCycle Store are sold “AS-IS”, and are not subject to returns, repairs, or replacements. All items are tested by WinCycle staff, but make no guarantees. Please check compatibility before purchase.
WinCycle cannot guarantee that any computer system purchased from us will function with any other software and or hardware you plan to use with it.
Software should be checked for system requirements before purchase to ensure compatibility.
Mixing older and newer hardware can cause conflicts resulting in error.
When in doubt, ask our staff. We will do our best to answer your questions and concerns.
